Multimedia Guru
This individual will be responsible for producing and distributing content for New England Sports Center email and social media campaigns, maintaining internal marketing assets and organizing marketing initiatives and recaps.

   Major Responsibilities/Activities:
  • Create and Manage New England Sports Center social media collateral.
  • Schedule, publish and monitor social media posts for live events and facility programs.
  • Create and send email marketing campaigns for upcoming event on sales, program information and post-event surveys.
  • Monitor New England Sports Center media networks; manage the daily scheduling of posts and respond and communicate with customers directly.
  • Upload and traffic live event spots including radio and TV where applicable.
  • Coordinates the development of facility promotions to increase event attendance and awareness.
  • Manage all New England Sports Center marketing internal assets (i.e. flyers, banners, posters, promotional videos, etc.)
  • Compile social media and website reports using an analytics and scheduling platform.
  • Research and monitor like venues and organizations for marketing initiatives and promotions.
  • Assist with development and growth of community relations.
  • Assist with modernizing New England Sports Center graphics, content, and marketing materials.
  • Work with local vendors and sponsors to keep promotional and sponsorship opportunities up to date.
  • Find opportunities to keep New England Sports Center current on the latest digital marketing trends.
  • Perform other functions and activities as directed.

   Minimum Requirements:
  • Four (4) year degree from an accredited college or university in marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of marketing experience, preferably in a sports or live event setting.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, marketing analytics and scheduling platforms like Sprout Social, etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when dictated by event schedules.
  • Organizational and project management skills.
  • As a condition of employment, qualified applicant will be subject to a background check, including criminal history check, driving history and character references.

   Essential Physical Functions:
  • Lifting and handling items up to 50 pounds.
  • speaking and listening skills, requiring the perception of speech.

   Equipment Used:
  • General Office Equipment (i.e. PC, copier, facsimile machine, scanner, etc.)

Hockey Pro Shop Associate
We are looking for a full-time Pro Shop Associate to join our team in a fast-paced, fun hockey environment. The Pro Shop Associate, under the direction of the Pro Shop Manager, is responsible for daily operation of the store including assisting customers, stocking inventory, setting up displays, and maintaining store safety and security.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (includes, but is not limited to)
  • Assists customers with skate sharpening and product explanation
  • Tags and stocks merchandise on racks, shelves, and displays
  • Maintains store premises, displays, and equipment
  • Performs opening and closing procedures, operates cash register
  • Assists with physical inventory counts

  • Prior retail experience desired, must be customer service oriented
  • Hockey knowledge preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills
  • Team player

Rink Operators
Full and part-time openings. Day, evening and weekend positions available. Experience desired, but will train the right candidates.

Building Maintenance Mechanic
Immediate full-time hands-on facilities maintenance and all around general maintenance and repair Mechanic. Experience with ammonia refrigeration, pumps and motors, HVAC and hydraulic equipment, and oil compressors. Additional experience in light electrical, welding and general plumbing is a plus. Candidate must be available for overtime emergency services on weekends as necessary.

Part-time, evening and weekend positions available.

Arcade Technicians
New England Sports Center has openings for two arcade technicians to oversee arcade use by customers and maintain arcade equipment. Responsibilities include performing daily maintenance, identifying failures, ordering and installing parts and overseeing service calls for major repairs or equipment replacement as needed. Position requires experience in the servicing, repair and maintenance of arcade equipment and/or special training in electronics, mechanical repair and maintenance. Candidates must work weeknights, weekends and holiday hours. Part time and/or full time positions available.

Restaurant/Snack Bar
Assistant Manager, Foodservice
The Assistant Manager of Food Service would be responsible for two restaurants and banquet facilities. This is a full time, hands-on position in a high volume food service operation. The duties require attention to detail, and a positive, accommodating attitude. Applicable experience in food service needed. Banquet experience, T.I.P.S training and Serve Safe certification a plus.

Lead Line Cook
A full time, lead line cook to prepare food for one of its two restaurants. Directly applicable experience, attention to detail, Serve Safe Certification. A positive attitude and the ability to adhere to recipe specifications are needed for this position.
